I need to start training for basketball again which requires heavy weights, sprinting and intense training sometimes 2 a days. Its been 2 months and I want to start again. I started after 5 weeks and was getting swelling and it was making it hard for me to breathe so i stopped. Now its been 2 months when can i go back into my intense training. And if it swells is that dangerous at 2-3 months post op? I know around 5 weeks i developed sinus inflammation but sudafed, prednisone and flonase helped
