I'm considering having both Morpheus8 and facelift surgery. I know there is down time needed between Morpheus8 treatments and also a substantial time to recover from facelift surgery. I'm trying to decide which one to have first.
Answer: Morpheus Morpheus is a wonderful procedure but will not give the same results as a facelift. If you have significant gravitational aging in the face I'd suggest the facelift first and then use Morpheus periodically as a way to maintain the result.

Answer: Morpheus8 Thank you for your question Morpheus8 provides both skin tightening and skin resurfacing improvements. The technology uses radiofrequency deep subdermal heating to effectively tighten skin and remodel the superficial texture, such as scarring and enlarged pores. Combining Morpheus8 with lasers can give both complexion and laxity improvements in one treatment, so it's an ideal add-on treatment for those who care about preventative sagging or scarring improvements. You can also add this on to liposuction or internal heating to get more improvement in the areas treated. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist to develop a treatment plan that works for you. Answer: Facelift Thank you for your questions. Without photos I cannot recommend any specific treatments. In general, Morpheus 8 can be used after a facelift/necklift periodically to maximize your results. I recommend scheduling a consultation with a board certified Plastic Surgeon who can assess your specific anatomy. In our office, we offer 3D imaging to give our patients an accurate idea of what their final result will look like. Good luck!

Answer: Morpheus8 Recovery Hi tonispagoni, It really depends on your specific issues and what you're looking for in a procedure. To give the best possible recommendation, pictures would be required to take a further look into skin laxity or volume loss. If you are looking for a more drastic overnight look because you have extreme skin laxity, then a Facelift might be your best option. I would suggest getting that done first and using Morpheus8 as needed for "touch-ups" 3 months after your Facelift and I would still talk to your Dr. and make sure that is enough time depending on your specific skin and procedure. However if you don't have severe Skin Laxity you might want to try 3 sessions of Morpheus8 with a combination of Facetite or Accutite and you may not need a Facelift at all. Hope this was helpful! -Dr. Eisenbrown

Answer: Should Morpheus eight be done before or after a facelift surgery Much more information is needed, such as a full set of facial and neck photographs from all angles to make a determination about how best to proceed. A properly performed face and neck lift procedure accomplishes tightening loose facial and neck muscles, tightening loose facial and neck skin, lifting the jowls, and removing fatty deposits in the neck which also includes a platysma-plasty. Noninvasive treatments cannot accomplish what a facelift can do.
