What is a good follow up treatment after completing Kybella series? Morpheus8?

Kybella only does "improvement" not contour or perfection.  you can combine a number of treatments to get more improvement or just do facetite/liposuction or renuvion/liposuction +/- neck lift.
There are many options for jawline/neck contouring:
1) implants
2) fat or filler injections along the bone
3) botox for masseter hypertrophy or platysma muscle/neck bands
4) ThermiRF/J Plasma/Renuvion/InMode FaceTite for internal heating
5) Thermage or Ultherapy skin tightening
5) PDO Novathreads or instalift threads for lifting
6) Neck or facelifting surgery
7) VASERlipo with or without platysmaplasty

That is exactly the problem with kybella. Patients don't realize how many treatments they require to get any substantial results as well as the time and money lost. A simple liposuction procedure would have created the results that are immediate and comparably even less expensive. Morpheus 8 is not going to help getting rid of fat. Kybella can be a tricky procedure, with LOTS of swelling. 
If you're looking to find a less invasive procedure with less downtime, then I think Morpheus8 would be great! 
Let me start by explaining how Morpheus8 works!
First, I should state that Morpheus8 doesn’t just address superficial tissue; it directs energy toward the adipose fat that is notorious for creating jowls, bra rolls, and more.
Morpheus8 also promotes collagen remodeling and increases elastin, and new skin cells. You may just need to give your skin some time to adjust. 
I also find that combining Morpheus8 with Facetite or Accutite gives the best results for sculpting around the jowls. 
3 sessions usually provides the best results!
