You can definitely improve the appearance of the mons in most cases. Usually a combination of liposuction and excision of the excess skin will do the trick. It has nothing to do with your bowel however.

Mons reduction is a possibility for you, and usually involves direct excision and possibly some liposuction. Consult with a plastic surgeon. This is not related to the small bowel.
