Allergic reaction to sunscreen fragrance and normally have to take Prednisone. OK to take while on Accutane?

Thanks for your question.  I would definitely clear it with your dermatologist first, but I think it will be fine to take prednisone for your allergic reaction.  We commonly give patients with very severe acne a prednisone taper while they are starting their accutane course so they don't get a big flare, or worsening, of the acne while waiting for the accutane to really help.  Good luck!
