What are the side effects of Zero sweat?

Zero sweat contains aluminum chloride which is commonly prescribed to help hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating).  It provides temporary control so you would need to use it daily if you want to keep it's effect.  However, even with daily use, there is no guarantee that the product will work.  If you want to get your sweating under control, I would strongly consider MiraDry.  It is an excellent treatment for underarm sweating.  Good luck.Best, Payman Kosari, MD, FAAD

I agree with the previous answers.  A product cannot stop all your sweating, and the most effective treatment modalities in my practice for excessive underarm sweating are the MiraDry system, and Botox.  For the hands and feet, we have good success with iontopheresis, which you can discuss with your dermatologist.  Good luck!
