The borders of the scar are quite abrupt and "broad shouldered." So, light electrodessication or TCA CROSS can be used to create a more gradual border to the scar. Subcision can be used to elevate and smooth the base of the scar. And finally, if necessary, professionally performed, Dermastamp microneedling can be performed to address any residual surface color and texture abnormalities in order to better blend the surface better with the surrounding normal skin.
