I just got temporary veneers on two teeth. Why is one more sensitive than the other?

Each tooth may respond uniquely different even though the same procedure has been performed on it.  Its very likely that you may needa small adjustment made to the bite. In most cases due to the anesthesiapatients may not feel the correct bite until it wears off.  In other situationsthere may be something irritating the gum tissue which may give off a sensation of a tooth ache.  Have your dentist evaluate you to see whichmay be causing your sensitivity.  I find that most if not all of the sensationyou are experiencing goes away after the permanent veneers are bonded into place

visit yr dentist and discuss this issue . there r many reasons for that, so he will do necessary changes in final veneers,  because after cementation , major alterations are not possible.

There are several things that can cause pain when a tooth is in the temporary. First, your bite may be off. This will cause you to hit harder on one tooth than the other. The next possibility is that the dentist may have had to remove more tooth structure from one tooth than the other. This could also create sensitivity. Lastly, it is possible that the temp isn't bonded as well to the sensitive tooth. I would suggest returning to your dentist to have things checked.
