How easy is it to tear internal stitches after raising my crease due to bottoming out?

Thanks for your question, and yes, it is not uncommon to have a burning type pain after this type of a repair. It does get better. You could break the sutures, but it would be difficult to do. It depends a bit on what type of suture was used, so I'd check w/ your surgeon directly. It will probably take about 4-6 weeks to really tell what the longer term appearance will be. Best wishes.

Thank you for your question.  Disruption of a breast implant capsule repair for bottoming out can be disrupted with excessive activity.  Your surgeon will offer you the most important activity restrictions in pushing, pulling and lifting, but use your pain to also dictate what you can or can't do. If it hurts, probably best to avoid that motion.  

Thank you for your question.It is very easy to disrupt the internal sutures after a repair to the pocket.  You should be very careful with lifting, pulling, pushing anything heavy.  Lifting your children can definitely effect the sutures, if you are lifting them too early.  Your doctor would have discussed his recommendations with you on your post-op instructions and during your consult.  The only way the repair will work is if you give it enough time to heal.
