I'm 20 years old, my boobs keep on shrinking. I haven't lost any weight for about two years now. I gained maybe 5 pounds. I am at the point where I can't find an actual that fits due to having no boobs and I am wide chested so no bra feels right besides a sports bra. Growing up I have never had big boobs I just been an 36A. My boobs never started to shrink until a few months after my first kid and 2 years later they still keep on shrinking .
Answer: Breast Augmentation Candidate You should probably consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to consider breast augmentation. Many women who would like to restore or enhance the size and shape of their breasts may benefit from breast augmentation, also known as mammoplasty. One of the most common procedures performed annually by members of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, breast augmentation plastic surgery is performed to enhance the breast size and shape due to congenital abnormalities, a lack of development, changes or asymmetries following aging, weight loss, and/or pregnancy. In addition, there may be personal reasons for augmentation mammoplasty. For example, some women may perceive their breasts to be under developed. Women may also decide on breast augmentation, though they may be happy with their breasts, just because they would like them to be fuller. A positive impression of their body image is important to many women, and breast augmentation may aid in offering a more proportional breast size and shape as well as in improving self-confidence.#breastaugmentation

Answer: Why is my Cleavage shrinking little by little haven't lost weight at all probably have gained weigh? Hello DY1234,Thanks for your question. It sounds like you are experiencing post-partum breast involution. Most women gain some cup size with child birth and breast feeding. After breast feeding is finished, breasts can stay larger, but some shrink back to the normal size, and some keep on shrinking. If you are not gaining breast size with weight gain, then it may make sense to speak with a board-certified plastic surgeon about your options for breast enhancement.Take care,Dr. Shah

Answer: Why is my Cleavage shrinking little by little haven't lost weight at all probably have gained weigh? Thank you for your question. Shrinking cleavage can be due to a number of possible causes including weight loss, hormonal changes, nursing, and tissue sagging. A photograph may better demonstrate what shrinking cleavage has resulted in your particular case, but if you are aiming to restore volume, see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon for consultation.

Answer: Breasts changing This sounds like hormonal changes after pregnancy and nursing. Your OB/GYN, who knows you, is more likely to offer an explanation. Treatment other than implants to restore you breast volume is not too likely. Best wishes.

Answer: Breasts shrinking Thank you for the question and it is not unusual for women to lose volume in their breasts after a pregnancy so do not be alarmed. That is why breast augmentation with fat or implants is popular in that population of women.Dr. Corbin
