Why is my Cleavage shrinking little by little haven't lost weight at all probably have gained weigh?

Hello DY1234,Thanks for your question.It sounds like you are experiencing post-partum breast involution.  Most women gain some cup size with child birth and breast feeding.  After breast feeding is finished, breasts can stay larger, but some shrink back to the normal size, and some keep on shrinking.If you are not gaining breast size with weight gain, then it may make sense to speak with a board-certified plastic surgeon about your options for breast enhancement.Take care,Dr. Shah

Thank you for your question.  Shrinking cleavage can be due to a number of possible causes including weight loss, hormonal changes, nursing, and tissue sagging.  A photograph may better demonstrate what shrinking cleavage has resulted in your particular case, but if you are aiming to restore volume, see an ASPS board certified plastic surgeon for consultation.  

This sounds like hormonal changes after pregnancy and nursing. Your OB/GYN, who knows you, is more likely to offer an explanation.  Treatment other than implants to restore you breast volume is not too likely. Best wishes.
