I had diced ear cartilage grafts to augment my tip & bridge + an alarplasty. Idk what else was done. Can a revision help to return to the way my nose was? I want as close to my pre-op as possible but main priorities are a wider base, flared/puffy nostrils that are round, a lower columella that shows more, a generally lower/flatter & wider look, & normal movement instead of the stiffness I feel. I know scar tissue can be an issue - how will it impact feel and look? How feasible is my goal?

Yes it can but it must be replaced with another graft to offer support but that graft can be more mobile and tip projection and length can be modified. It requires a delicate dissection . Revision rhinoplasty is in amore challenging operation than primary rhinoplasty. Choose a surgeon with...
Status after diced cartilage removal will mainly depend on the procedures done at previous surgery. Most surgeons do additional procedures to modify the tip and the dorsum. Removing the cartilage is not an issue. As you mentioned, scar tisse or change of underlying tissue by previous surgery...
Irregularities in this location happen after rhinoplasty due to scar formation, residual cartilage, bone, soft tissue formation. It is best to wait at least one year after surgery for result to mature and become well defined before treating deformity; it can usually be done in local anesthesia.
