I think I had a caudal extension graft placed during my primary. I have yet to confirm w my primary surgeon but I am pretty sure he used this type of tip graft. He projected my tip and now my columella is super straight/tucked and stiff. Does it sound like this is the grafting technique he used? Can this be "reversed" or removed? I hate the projection and I want to have the droop in my columella back. What can be done to get back to how my nose previously looked and felt? Thank you!
