I had a tiny new mole on the bottom of my right foot. I got nervous and picked it out with a needle. After 3 months it seemed to have grown back slightly larger and a bit of a different shape. Can moles grow back differently when you pick at them?

Appears to be a significant chemical burn and now a permanent depressed scar -- that may be very challenging to treat. I suggest seeing a Dermatologist that specializes in burn care/scars. I am uncertain if filler will improve that scar.
