I had inner and outer thigh lipo 12 weeks ago. The inner thighs have indentations as well as raised strips of fat which were there from the beginning, right after lipo. I could see them even when swollen. The outer thighs are very irregular with lots of skin additions and my right leg is thicker than the left. Also, I have now hip dips which were not so pronounced before the surgery. Will the fat equalization step in SAFElipo be able to shift fat and create a smooth contour?
Answer: SAFELipo and experience can produce improved results. Thank you for reaching out. After 3 months you should be able to appreciate the final contours from your surgery. However, the final skin smoothness may improve for another few months. SAFElipo refers to a sequence of steps during liposuction that can improve the results. Fat Equilibration is helpful for small irregularities but larger depressions usually require fat grafting. Be patient and continue the dialogue about your results with your surgeon. Best regards, Dr. Mosher

Answer: Will fat equalization fix irregularities on thighs? I’d suggest booking an appointment with your surgeon to be examined. If you are unhappy at 3 months out your surgeon would probably like to hear about it and be given the opportunity to make you happy. Best of luck!

Answer: Post Lipo - Lymphatic Massage, Hyperbaric Oxygen, RF (Venus Legacy, Exilis, Vanquish, InMode Forma), Cellutone/Z Wave/Evive this looks as if you may have to see a revision expert. please get a proper consultation. If you are unhappy with your results please speak to your physician and ensure he was a full body VASER HD liposuction physciain wtih expensive experience in body shaping and not just traditional fat reduction. At this point you should be using compression, RF treatments like venus legacy / exilis ultra / inmode forma or contoura and lymphatic massage to get you through healing. We always add shock wave therapy such as cellutone, z wave, and eclipse evive to help prvent scar tissue formation and ensure an even and smooth result. It will take 3-6 months to see the final outcome, but based on your photos I think you will need fat grafting to improve this. If you are unhappy you can get a revision procedure by an expert in VASER HD lipo. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Liposuction results Dear Cool9499, I understand your concern and it is quite normal to be concerned about the outcome following a liposuction surgery. However, you are still in the very early stages of the healing process.Your will need to be patient at this moment and follow what your surgeon has instructed you to do post operatively. At the early stage of the healing process, the tissues are still swollen. Once the swelling subsides, you will be able to see the final result of your surgery. Answer: Thigh irregularities after liposuction Thigh contouring must maintain taper from upper to lower as well as circumferential shape.12 weeks is still early in the healing process as the thighs usually require more time for swelling and areas to settle- 6 months or longer. Some of the deeper areas, such as your outer thigh/hip, may respond to SAFE Lipo contouring with possible fat grafting.Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended during this time for instructions.
