Tuberous breast deformity is characterized by an indistinct breast fold and constriction of tissue around the nipples, which you don’t appear to have. The indentation may be caused by an issue with the implant. This can most likely be corrected with revision surgery. Please discuss your concern with your surgeon.

One of the possibilities that capsular contracture and adhesions to the thin skin are creating this mild deformity. In person consultation is needed to make a more accurate diagnosis. Fat grafting in local anesthesia would be my first choice. Good luck.

This is not rippling or Tuberous Breasts. It seems your implants were placed dual plane. This is not in itself a problem at all. But it also seems your breast fold little low and you might be bottoming out. This low implant position is pulling on your tissue and is making either the implant or the muscle seem more apparent. This can all be corrected with pocket revision and possible mesh placement.

You do not have tuberous breasts. This does look like minimal rippling. Overall, your breast aesthetics are within normal limits and you have a very nice aesthetics result from your breast augmentation.

Good question. Although you have not specified, it appears as though you've had a dual plane breast augmentation and the pec muscle on the affected side has been slightly overreleased medially creating this depression. It is a hard issue to fix but can be addressed with a revision including a repair of the muscle or potentially camouflaged by a fat transfer. I’d suggest having a consultation with a local plastic surgeon with expertise in complex breast revision to be examined and get a better sense of what your options are

Changes occur in breasts and implants over time.

It looks like an implant fold or crease has developed in that area. There is likely some scar inside or capsule formation which may require surgical release (capsulotomy) with possible mesh.

This requires confirmation during exam and consultation with your/a plastic surgeon as well as discussing your options and expectations.

It does appear that there is a discrepancy between the two inframammary folds. This could be a result of fold malposition/bottoming out, as the implant drops below the fold. This can be repaired and I would advise you to go see your plastic surgeon to discuss your options further.

You do not have tuberous, shaped like tubers, breast. This "fold" is from your implant pushing through thin tissue and is more like a hernia. Plus, you have some mild bottoming out of your implant. this is fixable if you want, but you may need mesh. Please go visit with a plastic surgeon.
