What's consider "aggressive" massage after Breast Augmentation?

You need to return to STRAX and demand to be shown exactly what is meant by "aggressive massages"!!! In my private practice I have my female staff train the patient plus we offer a therapist to preform massages on some patients. additionally, use of external ultrasound treatments does soften the breasts.... Guess you get what you pay for!!!

Everyone has different protocols. You should discuss this with your surgeon or his staff to review the pressure that they want you to use. 

You should call your surgeons office and have the doctor or someone from his staff show you exactly what they want you to do. This is definitely a question I would ask your plastic surgeon as everyone has different opinions and a reason for the opinion. Best of luck! Dean Vistnes.    

Your plastic surgeon should demonstrate to you by an examination how firm you are to massage and move your breasts.  It sounds as though you are doing your exercises appropriately.  By squeezing the implant from below the implant should move up  and create a bulge above the squeezing hand and following that the similar motion can be done with a hand on the upper portion of your breast pushing the implant downward.  In addition placing the flat of your hand against your breast while lying down and pressing firmly against your chest canspread the implant stretching circumferentially around the breast.  If your implants are placed beneath the chest muscle pectoralis muscle contractions can also help.
