It was to remove a small hump that was left after my 1.5 years old primary rhinoplasty. However Im starting to worry about the profile of my nose, because I feel that its starting to look like a parrot’s nose.

The recommended time to wait after rhinoplasty is at least 1 year. It sounds like you've waited almost 2 years and you're likely ready. Sometimes after 2nd or 3rd time revisions I recommend waiting a bit longer than a year to allow for additional swelling to go down but 2 years is long enough....
If the bump or defect is small, it may be possible to remove this under local anesthesia. However, if more complex revisions are needed, often general anesthesia will be required.
