Upper lip damage deformity from an accident. After 5 surgery it gets uglier with each surgery, any suggestions? (Photos)

I have about 5 or 6 surgery so far it's seem to gets worse with each surgery. I don't know if there is any hope for my situation but I am tempted to schedule consultation again. Many years ago i was riding bike car hit and run left me unconscious. In ER .on the following day I wake up out unconsciousness .my nose, entire upper lips and tooth are barely attached to head.Basically half of my upper lip is missing, and whole incident change my life for the worse. . Any suggestions is appreciated
