Is there any way to reduce the width and size of my lips? (Photos)

Question

My lips are too big and too wide for my face. The corners of my mouth are very streched out also and have to be reduced. I know i'm going to need surgery. Is there any way surgically to make the wide of my lips smaller, reduce the corners of my lips, and reduce the size of my lips?

Thank you for your question and pictures.  You would need to be examined and have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.Lip Reduction might be a procedure which would helps you it reduces the size of the upper and/or lower lips. The goals of lip reduction surgery (cheiloplasty) are to achieve a harmonious relationship between the upper and lower lips that is in balance with the entire face, as well as to attain normal lip competence. Hello, 
It is difficult to tell from the single photo and without an exam what your true diagnosis or cause of the problem, but an in person consultation would be needed to decide the best treatment. 
Lip reduction surgery can help reduce the vertical height and the width of the lips. The incisions have to be in two directions, vertical and horizontal to treat both issues. This technique has helped many patients I have seen in the past. They are very happy with the smaller lips that fit their profile. 
We recommend that you find a board certified plastic surgeon near you and one that has done the procedure before.
