I had chin augmentation twice currently have 2 implants stacked on top each other and lipo of submental area twice in the past. i love how chin makes my profile look however too wide from the front. Will be fixing it soon, but really want to get a sharp/wider jawline, was told by surgeon since having lipo twice on area didn't fix this, he thinks that my jaw was the issue, he was thinking implants or fillers to achieve the look i want. I mean I want it really sharp! Any recommendations? Thanks!

Answer: Chin implants tend to be limited and more problems than they are worth over time. Think Osseous genioplasty
Hi,If you really want a more prominent chin then you could get a sliding genioplasty but if you have an overbite (over-jet) you may need an osteotomy to bring your whole jaw forward so you should see a maxillofacial surgeon for an opinion to be sure.Julian
Differences in the appearance of the jaw or the central
prominence of the chin can be a function of asymmetry in growth of the lower
jaw bone or differences in the rate of growth of the maxilla, or upper jaw. If
the maxilla on one side grows faster than the maxilla on the other side,...
It would be helpful to see a side view picture as well of your face. A reduction genioplasty, particularly of the inverted V design, will make the chin both shorter and more narrow. That will go a long way to wards shortening your long face.
