The better way to address chin dynamics is to use a well planned dimensional osseous genioplasty.  Chin implants are very limited in effect, have very poor ability to deliver vertical changes and can cause many problems over life including soft tissue, skin and bone atrophy.  Without seeing pictures it is impossible for me to advise specifically but typically I address these issues with a combination of genioplasty and fat grafting.  I hope this helps!All the best,Rian A. The area you are concerned about is the 'angle' or 'ramus' of the lower jaw. Most models/actors have superb jawline esthetics and it involves a continuous contour from the chin back to the angles of the jaw. The angle implants can increase the width, the height and the shape of this area with good planning and also achieve the look you talk about. Fillers are less ideal since they need to be redone yearly; and the overall cost is greater than basic jawline implants.
