I started hearing that if you pinch the sides of your nostrils it can become smaller? I have a wide nose I started to try it out for a couple of days... It stopped swelling And i saw that one side of my nose looks damaged or dent. And the cartilage look's harder. I stopped doing that again!! Also when I stopped i could see more "cartillage" inside my nostrils!! So i'm just wondering if my nose can come back to the way it was!
