One of the advantages of using an incision at the hairline is that it can be used to both elevate and shape the brows and to advance the hairline. The hairs grow through the scar and it is very inconspicuous. Costs vary by surgeon, facility, and other things.

Hello and thank you for this question. Yes these can be accomplished through an open approach using an anterior based hairline incision. In our area  of Florida this typically would run between 4 and $6000 depending on how you would choose to do it. a tricophytic lift is what you are looking for.  the result should give a nice lift to brow and an effective lowering of the hairline by 1-2 cm...cost is a bit more in my office because of the much more tedious closure needed over the usual endoscopic brow lift.  plan on using bangs for a couple months while the scars mature.
