Everyone says to keep your arms elevated above your heart after arm lift surgery. To do that my arms have to be around two feet in the air. Are there any recommendations for products (like foam blocks or something) that I can get? Thanks!

There are lots of nerves in the arm and sometimes they can become irritated after a brachioplasty depending on whether or not liposuction was also used. A compression garment helps the healing process. If the pain worsens, continues to get sharp or burning it could be a sign of nerve damage....

Mini arm lift is a good procedure, but only for a very small percentage of patients. If the loose skin is limited to the upper arm near the armpit you may be a great candidate. The advantage over a standard brachioplasty is a smaller scar, however there is limited tightening.
