Is this about facial fat loss? (I lost ~80lbs over the last two years) Or is it something else entirely? I saw someone mention they had a similar problem and they thought it was a muscle imbalance issue?

Botox act only on the muscle activity and has zero impact on the deeper tissues, so it totally safe to have Botox done and later have the fat grafting. It will be important Not to have Botox effect if you are having eyebrow repositioning. Be encouraged. Dr. Cardenas
