Which Mini-lift Best Treats Nasolabial Folds?

A mini lift, which has many diffent names. S lift, MACs lift , lifestyle lift. can modestly improve the jowl and neck. Improvement of the nasolabial fold however is best done by filling the depression. Fat, Fascia or commercial fillers are all helpfull in this regard. Perhaps in your case a combination of the two would be most helpfull. Good Luck

I recommend fillers to soften the nasolabial folds themselves and also lift around the mouth and cheeks to build underlying anatomical support. A mini-lift alone is not a good procedure to address the deep nasolabial fold. In cases like this, I will also release the fold through an incision just inside the nose. I then place a graft of your own tissue in the released space under the skin to plump up the nasolabial crease. The tissue graft comes from the same area where the mini lift is performed (SMAS tissue).
