I'm having aggressive lipo and BBL May 5th. my hematologist has instructed me to take a nasal injection one hour prior to surgery and then twice a day following for 3 days. Will I then not be able to have the heparin injection? I know my surgeon will have the answer but I would like more input as I am stressing about it. Will they cancel each other out? Will they have a bad reaction? I have to restrict my fluids will this be a problem?
