Can I still have lip fillers done after experiencing a Vasovagal response?

A history of having had a vasovagal reaction is not a contraindication to having lip filler treatment. As long as you are eating healthy (including on the day of treatment), your other medical issues are under control, and your injector knows about your prior experience, I do think you can have lip filler treatment again. If  you become healthy again, your blood pressure is under control, you eat in a healthy manner, then you can have whatever treatment is necessary. Vasovagal responses to anything you are nervous about and/or that is painful happen somewhat often. So, your response to lip filler is certainly not unusual.
First, having a vasovagal response once does not guarantee that you will have one the next time.  And feeling less nervous about the procedure will certainly help diminish your risk for it.But, to play it safe, before you go to have your filler injection, make sure you have eaten some food (not a heavy meal, but don't go to the dermatologist on an empty stomach) and also make sure you are more in a lying down position as opposed to sitting up during the injection. Your dermatologist and her/his assistant should be there to help you through things as well.
