I am a 24 year old woman and I got a rhinoplasty when I was 16. Since then, my nose has been crooked and looks different depending on which side you look at it from. My nostrils are uneven so my breathing is 60/40. There has also always been an indent on the left side. Recently (within the past year or so) I have noticed what seems to be some skin denting in/puckering up near the tip of the left side of my nose. It feels hard and lumpy. What could be causing this? Is it going to dent more?
