I read from a lot of places and heard from a lot of people and they all say that what you eat or drink doesn't break you out. But I read somewhere that milk contains some “Active” or “Generating” cells that the cow produces and that these “cells” or whatever are what makes you break out. I tend to take my pills with a glass of milk 'cause I read it's good for the absorption but I'm on day 169 and still “breaking out” (really tiny and non inflamed bumps) here and there. I wonder if it's the milk.

Nope, don't worry about missing one dose. It's totally fine and it happens. You don't need to double up or do anything else, just continue with your normal course of taking it daily and it will be fine.
Most medications leave the stomach after an hour so you should be fine. Additionally, missing one dose of Accutane is not a problem, so please do not worry. Feel better soon.
