After injection of small amount of juivederm there's a strange discoloration above my lip almost makes me look like I have a mustache the injection was 5 days ago only on top lip
Answer: Discoloration It sounds like you have developed a bruise from the juvederm treatment. Generally it takes two weeks for the product to settle and for the swelling/bruising to subside. I would recommend that you book a follow up with your injector if the problem persists. Best of luck

Answer: Discoloration Usually this happens when there is a small amount of bleeding that usually resolves over several days to 1 week. You can use ice. The best would be to go and see the doctor who injected you.

Answer: Lip discoloration after Juvederm This may be a bruise, an accumulation of product (Tyndel effect) or possibly something more serious such as an occlusion. You should contact your treating physician right away to make sure it's not the latter (unlikely). If it doesn't resolve it can be dissolved with Hylenex, if the problem is too much juvederm in one spot.
