What is the best smooth filler to fill the gaps between “snakes like” botched temple threads?

Hello. I’ve been doing under eye fillers and temple fillers all winter until my doctor around end of March suggested to use threads to “fill” the areas (not to lift) as they were going to be more permanent. I’ve been struggling the last 3 months with threads puckering as they’re are clearly visibile unless I fill the gaps with fillers. They look like little snakes under my skin and unless the gaps between them are filled I feel very insecure. What type of filler do you suggest here?

Under eye, cheek, and nasolabial fold filler. You can also get some botox to help prevent the formation of wrinkles. If you want to get a skin treatment you can also try Fraxel and Secret RF, which are great tools to maintain good skin texture.
