Question

The veins in the top of the forearms have blood collecting in them are swelling up 7/16" wide. This is very painful as both forearms feel like they have hot burning liquid running through them. There is tingling in fingers and sometimes spots on fingers feel numb. If I inadvertently move my arms during sleep whereas they are bent at the elbows or above my head I can wake finding the arm like dead weight and can barely move it. Have constant leg muscle cramps and large painful varicocele.

It sounds like you may have a proximal issue impinging on the venous system like deep vein thrombosis. You need to be evaluated for both venous disease (blood clot) and neurologic disease via a nerve conduction study.Dr Karamanoukian

The first thing to do is to see if your symptoms are due to a nerve problem such as carpal tunnel or to the veins.  If the symptoms are vein related then there are treatments for these hand and forearm veins.  I use a combination of endovenous laser and sclerotherapy with very excellent cosmetic results.
