It is hard to tell without examining you, but you might be a candidate for a neck recontouring procedure. This might include removing some of the deep fat beneath the platysma muscle and/or tightening the neck muscle itself. It would be done through a small incision beneath your chin. Find a board certified facial plastic surgeon that you trust to go over all your options.

The key to a well defined jawline is the underlying bone structure. If the fatty tissue has been reduced, and the contours are not defined, you may want to evaluate the actual width and dimension of the lower jaw. A side 'profile' image is not the best view to assess width/contour from the chin to the 'angles' of the jaw.
