700 cc. Will 800 help get closer together without a lift? (Photo)

Ihave 700 cc now I had did my boobs in 2020. I love the size and the side profile. But my boobs are still far apart apart.. I want to get them bigger and closer with out doing a lift. Is that possible? I’m5’6 180 lbs wide frame

You did not show a nude photo which would show how much space you have between the breasts. However, I do not recommend going any larger for what you have now is too large and heavy for your frame and tissue. Larger will just stretch and thin your own tissue even more and sag over time.

Only 1 posted in clothing photo?? Yes enlarging implants to 800 cc++ if silicone vs over inflating saline to 1,000cc might be better. But need virtual consult with.... Fee from $8,000.

Using larger implants, increases, complication rates, secondary and desirable side effects, and then need to revisit surgery.
I see no need to change anything and I suggest not having surgery unless it’s indicated.
