My eyelids look bad and I am depressed

elle13ad4u, it looks like your lids are still quite swollen from surgery.  You do have a nice inner fold, but I would still wait before considering more surgery.  I'm sorry you had to go through this but let the healing finish before deciding what next to do.  Hope this helps.  Cheers

Thank you for sharing your concerns. With time, the appearance of your eyelids will improve. It is possible you will require another procedure or the injection of fillers in the upper lids, but this cannot be determined for another few months. Try to stay clam, because things will improve. Hello elle13ad4u, thank you for your post.  I'm sorry you are not happy with the outcome of your eyelid surgery.  It's only been a little over 2 weeks post-op, so the good news is the swelling will continue to subside over the next 4-6 weeks.  Continue ice pack, head elevation, low salt intake and try taking bromelain supplements.  Your eyelids should look better than now after the swelling goes away.  Should you need a revision, you may consider doing it after 6-12 months.  So please don't get depressed and stay positive! Goretti H.  Try to stay calm. Keep close tabs with your surgeon and share information with this person regularly. The good news is you are only a few weeks out from surgery and crease will most likely come down significantly as the weeks and months go by.    Doing Asian Eyelid surgery well is definitely an art form that requires a lot of repetition.
