Naturally change eyelid crease and jawline? (photos)

Question

My eyelids have been a real problem in my eyes, i was able to change one of them slightly and to how I liked it looked, (that lasted for a month) (how i changed it 'wengie v line tutorial') but I could get the other eye to be the same and i tried for 3 weeks to a month, but last night I was incredibly tired and its now reverted back to its original crease, I admire east Asian eyes alot and that's the kind of crease I want to achieve. (I have down turned eyes if that helps)

From your picture your issue may be ptosis.  Maybe consider seeing a doc about raising the eyelids with minimal, if any, skin removal.  An epicanthal (Asian) fold may be added, but that's for you and your surgeon to decide.  Make sure you seen an oculoplastic surgeon or one who has experience with eyelid muscles, not just skin. You may have ptosis which can contribute to inconsistent or asymmetric eyelid creases.     Before you do anything see more than a few oculoplastic surgeon's and seek surgery very cautiously. Your photographs from the first to the second are very different and I'm having a hard time figuring out exactly what your goals are and what your anatomy may be like. Minor corrections in the position of the eyelids may be accomplished by loosening the attachments of the skin to the deeper ligaments and eyelid cartilage.  Drooping eyelids is an issue that should also be addressed when consulting in person with an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
