How many microneedling sessions to see results?

I'm going to make an appointment for microneedling for my neck soon. Just curious for lines on neck, how many sessions until I see results?

Hi @Carolina1981! I typically recommend 3-6 sessions a month apart. Typically after two sessions you should begin to see some results. I do recommend treating the face and neck together. Hope this was helpful!

i so microneedling every month for rejuvenation and often combine with clear and brilliant. this Is a life-long treatment to maintain and improve your skin, there is no "number" that you should be seeking you should be doing this as an anti-aging/preventative treatment.  at home dermarolling is done weekly (see link to my protocol on emeragecosmetics.com) and cosmelan and enlighten peels can be done to enhance the outcome.
For facial rejuvenation, 
1) skin care with products and PRP/microneedling
2) PDT light therapy few times a month with growth factors
3) laser treatments like clear and brilliant regularly and a few times a year Fraxel/halo Viva, Co2/Erbium
4) Sculptra injections a few times a year for collagen production with fillers like juvederm/restylane/belotero/radiesse/bellafill
5) thermage/ultherapy for yearly skin tightening with or without PDO or cone based instalift threads for lifting
6) botox every 2-3 months to stop movement lines and prevent lines at rest
7) deep microneedling RF like Fractora/morpheus8 for tightening of the skin
8) Vascular laser like vbeam/excel V or BBL forever young treatment every quarter (3-4 months)

Patients usually need 4-6 microneedling treatments to see results. We usually see great results for neck lines, but I suggest discussing more with your physician to make a decision on quantity of treatments.

Hello, microneedling can be a great non-invasive treatment to reduce the appearance of lines on the neck.  We use vivace which is microneedling with radio frequency.  The radio frequency gives added tightening.  I always recommend starting with a series of 3 treatments spaced one month apart and adding stem cells.  After your first series we can reevaluate and see how many more may or may not be needed.  How many total you will need depends on how deep the lines are and what your goal is.
