If you microneedle, could that hinder a future hair transplant? I read somewhere it could, but I have also read experiences of patient saying they were doing microneedling before their surgery, but did not mention any complications during, nor after the operation. I recently started doing microneedling, but now questioning if I should stop or not.

Hello, before making any decisions about a second procedure, I would also recommend to wait around 12 months after the initial surgery (as recommended). Before any additional procedures, it is important to allow the time for maximum growth and maturation of the transplanted hair.
