I am very self-conscious about the crepey skin on my neck. I lost a lot of weight a few years back and am also a reformed sun worshipper. I did one session of Cool Sculpting 7 months ago to help with double chin, which I think it did do. I did Ultherapy a month later (now 6 months ago) for the crepe and see little difference. I'm now considering Micro Botox and/or Vivace. Would either help? I know I may be a good candidate for a real neck lift, but I don't want to do anything invasive. Thanks!
Answer: A combination of Morpheus8 and a hydrating filler can help reduce appearance of crepey skin on the neck. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Vivace for crepey neck skin For a non-invasive option for neck tightening and crepey skin, Vivace is a device that I use extensively in my practice for this purpose. The heat from the radio frequency and the epidermal damage from the microneedling in the Vivace device stimulate collagen production to produce firmer, tighter and younger- looking skin. The skin's texture and tone is improved as well. Keep in mind that a series of treatments is required to see best results typically we recommend a series of 3-5 treatments. Micro botox, while it can help release some lines that are caused due to movement, won't work to address the crepey skin, which seems like it is your main concern.
