Two weeks ago, I had 20-25 ml injections into each of my platysmal Bands. The syringe had up to 70 ml. I do not know the difference between a Botox unit vs millimeters. The procedure did not work. How long should I wait to repeat the process, and how much Botox in ml should be given? I appreciate your time and consideration. Thanks.
Answer: Platysmal bands Treatment of neck bands are difficult- they may be due to overactive muscles or excess loose skin, results may vary. Treatment options include non surgical skin tightening with RF microneedling or a surgical necklift. find a trusted provider and arrange a consultation best wishes

Answer: Platysmal Bands The number of Botox units really depends on the patient, I can inject anywhere from 10-70 units in the platysmal band area. If you’re not having results, you may also want to consider adding a skin tightening treatment, such as Ultherapy or Profound, as it may not solely be a muscular issue. At my practice, we have great results doing a combination of the two, if needed.
