Can microneedling on the neck at 2mm damage the thyroid gland?

I had microneedling a week ago, and she did my neck pretty aggressively. It was really sore for a few days. I have no idea how deep of a setting she used, but I would guess 2 mm because that is the depth she usually uses for me. Could it have damaged my thyroid at all?
