Getting explant with lift 1 year 7 months after implant with lift. Will I end up with odd looking dented breasts?

Due to the short amount of time your implants have been in place and the conservative size of your implants, you can anticipate that you may still retain an acceptable shape after surgery.  I recommend speaking with a board certified plastic surgeon near you.  An examination of the tissues is needed for a better evaluation.
