Has any of you performed dimpleplasty on a patient who already has natural dimples? I had a consultation with a doctor and he mentioned a risk of dimpleplasty for me is my dimples disappearing. He said he'd do more research on it because he wouldn't want that to happen to me. My "goal" dimples are to be as deep as Lauren London's. I'm just not sure if I should risk losing my dimples that aren't even that shallow to achieve her extremely deep dimples.

Yes,you can create dimple without surgery and use only thread. One of the issue with dimple surgery is weak dimple and sometimes weak dimple may not be seen later. Dimple without surgery has greater risk of weak dimple.
