Can dimpleplasty be used to deepen preexisting dimples? (photos)

Has any of you performed dimpleplasty on a patient who already has natural dimples? I had a consultation with a doctor and he mentioned a risk of dimpleplasty for me is my dimples disappearing. He said he'd do more research on it because he wouldn't want that to happen to me. My "goal" dimples are to be as deep as Lauren London's. I'm just not sure if I should risk losing my dimples that aren't even that shallow to achieve her extremely deep dimples.
