Hello, you nasal appearance is expected to change over the next several months as your nose continues to heal and your swelling subsides. It is very difficult to access the outcome until much later...and remember your are only 13 days out.

Thank you for sharing. It's unlikely that a firm facial expression changed and part of the rhinoplasty result if the splint was unchanged. More likely you felt the skin being impinged by the external splint. See your surgeon to make sure. Best wishes
