I was on spiro for many years, worked great, except that makes me extremely tired and lowers my blood pressure a lot. Changed to Seysara, works great except my skin, hair get greasy, sometimes is hard on my gut, is expensive and I dislike the idea of long term use. My doctor has been great but I’m looking for other opinions. Could I mix those two in minimum doses? I’m 145lb 5,5 ft. What could be a minimum dosage that keeps my skin somehow clear, while keeping my energy and not breaking the bank?
