Hi there! I have mild but persistent acne on my jawline and cheeks. I was on Diane-35 for 3 years which completely cleared up my acne - but I stopped 1 year ago. 6 months ago I began breaking out again. My aesthetician told me to take Osmosis Skin Defense supplements (3 per day) which I'm not sure has helped. I just received a script for Spiro - should I take both together? Will this increase effectiveness or should I stop taking DIM and take Spiro alone? Thanks so much
