Difference between lasers for scar revision?

Can someone please explain the difference between various lasers to treat an atrophic, linear scar post skin-cancer removal. 32yo woman with fair skin - have had two deep FX treatments that did not yield results in terms of building up the depression of scar. What is better and how are they different: Deep FX, Sciton profractional, other? Thanks!
