I have had this for several years now. I am in my early 30s but i have had these lines since i was a teenager. I have had voluma filler deep to the bone at the pyriform fossa which has helped somewhat but there is this deep line/wrinkle that wont go away. How do i get rid of this? Do i get filler injected into the actual line instead? I have had the pyriform fossa filled by different injectors over the last 10 years with the same result, all board certified.
