I had rhinoplasty 10 years ago and my results were really good until about the 4th year. I have very thick skin so my tip looks a little bigger than it should because of the skin. Steroid injections used to help make my nose look very defined. Could filler do this again? Give the illusion of a shorter columella and lifted tip? Thats all i need.
