I would strongly advise against trying to reshape your island and pulling that area down. The area where the upper and lower eyelid connect to the nose is very delicate because it contains the plumbing of the tear drainage system. If you were to lower the part you highlight, you might end up with what we call a medial ectropion, and the tears would not drain where they should go into your nose and throat, and potentially pool in your eye and drop out onto your face. Best not to try to fix something that probably bothers only you in my opinion, and cause a major functional issue. Hope that helps!

Unfortunately, no one can solve that area. There is no plastic surgery for that. We only can remove monglian fold with epicanthoplasty, not that area. If someone try to do the surgery for you, you should be aware of it. After the surgery, some side effects can be seen, so please do not think of it.
